Pool 22 - Terms and Conditions

‘Pool 22’ is Pool 22 Ltd, based at 22 Limes Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 9TS. 

‘Customer’ is the parent/carer who is paying Pool 22 Ltd for services in addition to the parent/ carer that will accompany the child/baby into the pool for the lesson.

‘Pool 22 - Important Information & Rules’ refers to the separate document of the same name.

Payment/Bookings

Please ensure that all term/ lesson fees are paid in advance. The fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your booking is not guaranteed until you have completed the booking process and received a confirmation email from us.

Covid-19 Policy

In the event that lessons are unable to be provided due to government restrictions, Pool 22 will advise the Customer and propose revised term dates and times. 

In the event that the Customer or their baby/child has a positive Covid-19 test and is unable to attend a lesson, they should inform Pool 22 as soon as possible.  

 

Refunds and Cancellations

For each paid term, in the event the Customer is unable to attend, Pool 22 will be able to reschedule a maximum of one lesson to another date and time. This does not apply to country-wide restrictions like ‘Covid-19 lockdowns’.

In the event the Customer would like to re-arrange a particular lesson date/ time, they must give at least 7 days notice. We are unfortunately unable to refund any missed sessions, however if you are unable to make a session, we will try to fit you into another session so you don’t lose out, space permitting.

Pool 22 may on rare occasions have to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen problems. In the event this happens, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible in advance and arrangements will be made to reschedule the lesson. 

If insufficient babies/ children are booked into your class, Pool 22 reserves the right to cancel the lesson and work with you to find alternative dates and times. In this event this happens you will be entitled to a full refund if the alternative dates and times are not acceptable for you. 

If the Customer or their guest fails to follow the Pool 22 - Important Information & Rules, Pool 22 reserves the right to ask them to leave the premises.  In the event this happens there will be no refund or alternate lesson offered.

 

Inviting guests to spectate

The Customer may bring a maximum of one spectator with them to watch from the spectator area at the end of the pool. 

The Customer will ensure that they or their nominated representative and guests in the spectator area understand and follow the Pool 22 - Important Information & Rules. The Customer is responsible for their guest(s) at all times whilst they are on the property of Pool 22. 

Photography and Video Recording

The Customer should inform Pool 22 ahead of a term commencing if they have any concerns regarding other parents/ guests taking photos/ videos during the lessons. 

When the Customer completed the ‘Pool 22 Registration Form’ they were asked if Pool 22 could take photos/ videos for use on the Pool 22 website, Facebook and social media sites for promotions purposes. This decision will be respected, and if you wish to change your response please email Pool 22 at any point. 

 

Health and Safety

The Customer or their nominated adult carer is responsible for their children and their optional guest whilst they are on Pool 22 premises.

 

Liability

Pool 22 does not accept responsibility for any personal injury or fatality, loss or damage to persons or property that may arise directly or indirectly from any child/children’s participation, or loss of property or articles left on the premises. The Customer will not seek to penalise, prosecute or claim compensation from Pool 22 or its teachers and assistants for any injury, loss or damage.

Data Protection Policy & GDPR

Pool 22 will not use or make available any personal information that we hold to any third party not directly responsible for or connected with the administration of your booking. Pool 22 will only use your personal information to send you promotions/ marketing, course information and notifications. If you prefer not to be sent any promotions/ marketing correspondence from Pool 22, please request this via email to us. Pool 22 collects information about you when you initially register, book a swimming course, take part in promotions, competitions, customer surveys and questionnaires or when you contact us e.g. in writing, call or email us. If you would like your personal data retained by us to be amended or deleted please email us.

 

CCTV

For security reasons, CCTV is in use at Pool 22 and recordings are kept for 30 days before being deleted automatically.
